Interesting to read and very informative. This book will provide you a better understanding on how to use Calisthenics to develop your body into the physique you desire. You just need to follow the instructions that you learned in this book and put 120% into a better you. Important notes to remember w/ this program are that it is not all physical the mind plays a huge role in your success and state of mind that you go into the program will determine how far you reach.

A good overview of how to work out and change your body without having to buy a bunch of fancy equipment. The author covered all the standard exercises - pull-ups, push-ups, squats.... and added variations to keep it interesting. A solid addition to anyone's workout regimen.

This body weight training guidebook is very helpful and well written. Inside of this book I have found tons helpful guides for fitness and well being. By reading this book I have understood about calisthenics and it the revolutionary way to build a fit body.
Actually, I am overweight and it was creating too much trouble. At this time my neighbor friend suggested me about his book. Inside of this book I have found a clear overview of calisthenics. By the help of this book I have learned various exercises like core, shoulder, chest, leg exercise, etc. By reading this book I have learned about how to rest and overcome. The writer of this book has explained every part step by step and clearly. By reading this book I am impressed and I will recommend this book to all.
